Lecture on Alexander Knox (1757-1831)
On Thursday, 16 April 2015 Dr David John William McCready will give a public lecture on the Anglican lay-theologian and sometime politician, Alexander Knox (1757-1831). The title of McCready’s paper is ‘Alexander Knox: his significance to the study of John Wesley and early Methodism’.
This event will be held at Litton Hall, Wesley House, Leeson Park, Dublin and begins at 7.30pm. It is hosted by the Methodist Historical Society of Ireland. All members of the public are welcome to attend and the event is free of charge.
